The publication The Latin American Lawyer published the acquisition of the majority interest in Faxon Química by Paques Brasil Sistema para Tratamento de Efluentes, a company of the SKion Water group.
With this acquisition, SKion Water expands its portfolio of solutions and reinforces its growth in Brazil and Latin America. SKion Water is a subsidiary of SKion GmbH, the investment company of German entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, which provides reliable and efficient water and wastewater treatment solutions, including the development and implementation of innovative water technologies.
