The international publication Latin Lawyer has announced the selected deals for the 16th annual “Deal of the Year” award in the M&A, ESG and private equity categories.
KLA is shortlisted in the “Mergers and Acquisitions: Private Companies” category, for acting in the acquisition of Buenos Aires-based real estate advertising company Navent Group by Brazilian real estate platform Quinto Andar.
The results will be announced on May 5th (Thursday), in a ceremony at the Hotel Unique, in São Paulo.
