The Board of Commerce of the State São Paulo (“JUCESP”), which had its registration services partially suspended since March 23, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and was only receiving incorporation requests online, resumed its activities with reduced personnel yesterday, May 12, 2020, and will function upon previous scheduling and receipt of documents by mail service and drive thru. Therefore, the companies which have documents to be registered may submit such documents before the entity immediately.
