KLA Advogados advised real estate consultancy Erea on the sale of a relevant minority stake to partners of Niche Partners, a private equity manager linked to the Tarpon Capital group.
Erea is a Brazilian company focused on structuring operations and real estate developments, providing technical and commercial support, as well as economic evaluation to its clients. It works strongly with logistics warehouses for last mile deliveries.
The transaction will give Erea access to Niche’s technological expertise, as well as access to additional markets to expand its customer portfolio.
The operation at KLA was coordinated by partners Mariana Cortez and Mário Fioratti, and assisted by lawyers Eduardo Bouwman and Leticia Grilo.
