Her practice includes issuances of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), Bank Credit Notes (CR), debentures, commercial notes, and hybrid instruments, as well as issuances of debt securities and other financial instruments.

She provides advisory services in the formation and reorganization of investment funds, involving FII, FIDC, FIP, and structured vehicles, with full regulatory support before CVM, ANBIMA, and B3.
