Partner of Tax Law, Luís Flávio Neto specializes in consultancy and federal administrative litigation, focusing on direct taxes and international taxation. He served as a counselor on the Superior Chamber of the Administrative Tax Appeals Board (CARF) for several years. As a Director at IBDT, he oversees the Master’s program in International Tax Law and serves as a professor at other institutions.
He is also a member of the High Finance and Taxation Studies Council of the São Paulo Commercial Association and the International Association of Tax Judges (IATJ). He has received recognition in rankings such as Leaders League.
