Daniel Souza is a lawyer in the Tax Law team, specializing in Judicial Litigation within the banking, telecommunications, services, marketing, and other sectors. He holds a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from EBRADI (Brazilian School of Law) and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Additionally, he is the author of the book “Positivism and Post-Positivism in Brazil: Addressing judicial discretion within jurisdictional remedy” (Eliva Press).
