KLA advised Inspirali, Ânima’s medical education company, in the acquisition of 49% of the capital of IBCMED last Tuesday, 4th. With the R$ 90 million transaction, Inspirali now controls 100% of IBCMED. In December 2021, it had already acquired the other 51% of the São Paulo group.
IBCMED is focused on postgraduate courses with more than 30 medical specialties and the acquisition should guide Inspirali’s growth in lifelong learning. The objective, according to Ânima, is to intensify the construction of the platform that will allow a greater integration of IBCMED with the Inspirali medical schools and its organic education projects.
The Corporate Law partners Mariana Cortez and Patrícia Braga, with the support of the lawyers Rodrigo Lima and Hebert Oliveira, in addition of the trainee André Awoki, advised Inspirali in this process.
