Francisco Mont’ Alverne is a partner in KLA’s Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practices. His work primarily focuses on representing technology and artificial intelligence companies, as well as private equity and venture capital funds from the United States and Latin America, in cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Corporate Law from the New York University School of Law (2016).
