Felipe Omori

Partner in Tax Law, Felipe Omori has been with KLA since 2008 and currently leads the Tax Litigation practice. His expertise covers superior, federal, and state courts across almost the entire country. He also coordinates tax due diligence projects, including risk assessments and contingency management. A PhD candidate and holder of a master’s degree in Economic-Financial and Tax Law from USP, he teaches postgraduate courses (IBET and IBDT).

He is recognized by rankings such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 and is also the author of the book “Taxation and the Form of Legal Transactions: A Proposal for the Limits of Taxation” (Dialética Publishing).
