Gabriel Garcia is a lawyer specializing in Corporate Criminal Law, Compliance, and Investigations, with experience in police investigations and operations, as well as criminal proceedings involving fraud, corruption, money laundering, environmental crimes, and offenses against Brazil’s financial and tax systems. He takes part in the “Right to Defense in Jury Trials” project of the IDDD – Institute for the Defense of the Right to Defense, and is a member of the Criminal Advocacy Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section.
