Mário is a partner in the Corporate practice, specialized in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and Private Equity & Venture Capital, with broad experience in the real estate, retail, pulp and paper, technology, and innovation sectors, advising both domestic and international clients.

He has extensive experience in complex transactions, acting on both the buy-side and the sell-side, advising clients from transaction structuring and due diligence through to the negotiation of definitive transaction documents.

Mário is also one of the professionals responsible for KLA’s ESG practice, with a specialization in corporate governance.

He is a member of the GVAngels and Amcham Angels angel-investor associations. He also holds the ANBIMA’s (Associação Brasileira das Entidades dos Mercados Financeiros) Investment Specialist certification (CEA).
