MINAS GERAIS´ STATE “SUNSHINE ACT”

/> </p> <h2>NEWS</h2> <p>As provided by Minas Gerais´ Act No 22,440/2016 and Decree No 47,334, any relationship that constitutes a potential conflict of interest between health care professionals and companies in the drug, orthoses, prostheses, equipment and implants sectors, held in the previous year in the Minas Gerais´ State, must be reported.</p> <p>The digital form that should be used to make the report is available at Minas Gerais State Health Secretariat website and must be submitted by February 28, 2018.</p> <p>Failure to comply with the law subjects the offender to the penalties set forth in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Federal Act No. 8,078/1990).</p> <p>For further information, please contact:</p> <p><a href=Tiago Cortez
