EXTERNAL REPORTING CHANNEL
The Reporting Channel that KLA established offers a secure channel that guarantees confidentiality and efficiency in the process of resolving complaints. The Channel is yet a further effort by KLA to promote transparency and integrity, in addition to its commitment to foster a harmonious work environment and culture within the firm.
KLA’s External Reporting Channel is outsourced and overseen by an independent third-party organization and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All complaints are recorded and treated independently, impartially and in the strictest confidence.
