MINAS GERAIS STATE SUNSHINE ACT: SECRETARY OF HEALTH OF STATE OF MINAS GERAIS RELEASES CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING TRANSPARENCY LAWS.
We inform that the Minas Gerais State Health Secretary released two notes regarding the transparency laws (available at Nota-de-Esclarecimento.pdf and Nota-Tecnica-SES-GAB-AGTI-N-002-2018.pdf).
The Note of Clarification (first link) informs that that DeclaraSUS system will continuously receive, during the year of 2018, the reports related to the year of 2017 , as required by Law 22,440/2016. Additionally, through Technical Note SES-GAB-AGTI-N-002-2018, the Secretary informs that the system does not meet the requirements of Law 22,921/2018 and that it must be adjusted. During the adjustment period, the deadline to submit the declaration will be postponed.
