SOUND BROADCASTING SERVICES: OPEN-ENDED REQUEST FOR ADAPTATION OF LICENSES OF MEDIUM WAVE TO FREQUENCY MODULATED
It was published the Federal Decree No. 9,270/2018 enabling the local, regional and national sounding radio broadcast service providers in medium wave to submit an application to the Ministry of Communications for the adaptation of their licenses for the execution of the broadcasting service in modulated frequency.
Such Decree establishes that the application for such adaptation must be submitted until July 25, 2018 (180 days from the date of publication of the Decree).
