The Federal Government decided to extend until May 31st, 2018, the deadline to apply for the registration of rural properties at the Rural Environmental Registry (“CAR”), as established in the Federal Decree 9.257/2017.
The register in the CAR is a mandatory requirement for all rural properties as set up by the Forest Code (in force since 2013).
