With extensive experience in serving multinational corporations, the International Trade and Customs Law division at KLA engages in structuring cross-border businesses by analyzing contracts, tariff variations, customs taxation, and general customs aspects, as well as trade agreements and bilateral relations.

The team responsible for this area is recognized for its adeptness in negotiating with regulatory agencies, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO).


Consulting Advisory and Analysis
• In the conduct of proceedings relating to the obtaining of special customs procedures (drawback, temporary admission, customs deposit, etc.
• In the main themes of foreign trade
• Supply chain planning for greater tax and administrative efficiency

Foreign Trade
• Guidance on procedures related to the import and export of goods and goods
• Registration in SISCOMEX (RADAR) and obtaining ex-tariffs
• Assistance in the interpretation of international agreements for the purpose of applying tariff preference
