Marcella Penhalber is part of the Dispute Resolution team: Litigation and Arbitration, assisting both national and international clients in strategic consultative and contentious matters across extrajudicial, judicial, and arbitral spheres. She has experience in issues related to Corporate, Civil, and Contract Law, as well as in the economic sectors of construction and infrastructure, electricity, and credit recovery.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Law at FGV Direito SP.
