Lorena Serraglio is the head of Data Protection & Privacy, Intellectual Property, and KLAI, KLA’s Artificial Intelligence hub. She advises clients across various industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. Her practice includes negotiating contracts, preparing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and conducting Algorithmic Impact Assessments. She also represents clients before regulatory authorities, such as the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD), and participates in M&A transactions involving technology and data assets.

She graduated from the Internet Governance School (Brazilian Internet Steering Committee) and holds certifications in Privacy and Data Protection (Data Privacy Brasil) and Privacy and Security (Institute for Technology and Society of Rio de Janeiro). She has also been recognized by international legal rankings such as Legal500 (Cybersecurity and Data Protection).
