Laura Cossi is a partner in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Venture Capital, advising clients on domestic and cross-border operations with a focus on M&A and Private Equity. She has experience in Venture Capital transactions and structures, offshore matters, representing investment funds, VC firms, and startups. Additionally, she handles corporate governance and corporate reorganizations.

She began her career at KLA in 2009 and worked as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in New York after completing her LL.M at Stanford Law School. She serves clients from various industries, especially in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
