Juliana Zaccarelli is a Real Estate lawyer who assists clients in the legal structuring of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, logistic condominiums, and shopping center real estate developments. She also specializes in structuring business transactions aimed at property transfers and the establishment of real estate guarantees. Juliana holds an LL.M (Master of Laws) in Contract Law from Insper and is a co-author of the book “Applied Studies in Business Law – Contracts”.
