Giovanna Failache is a tax lawyer at KLA, where she provides specialized advisory services in corporate taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing, and Pillar 2 matters. She has a strong academic background and extensive practical experience in complex domestic and international tax issues.

She holds a Master’s degree and is currently a Ph.D. candidate (expected completion in 2025) in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. She also earned an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Tax Law from Insper.
